If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may submit the matter to the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction over such disputes. You irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
Nothing in this section shall prevent phvip from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.
